Shipping policy

NY: All orders placed in New York will be delivered in 2 days. Shipping (Delivery) fee is waived if cart subtotal reaches $300. Otherwise, the order is subject to a $14.99 shipping (delivery) fee. Shipping fee of $14.99 does not apply for the Pitco, Commercial Floor Standing Gas Fryer. A shipping quote will be created for this item and charged again at a later time upon the customer's approval.

NJ, CT, PA, & MA: All orders placed in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts will be delivered in 2 days. A flat rate of $30 will be charged at checkout. A shipping quote will then be created and charged again at a later time upon the customer's approval. If the shipping fee is less than $30, the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Price is based on weight and generally less than $30. 

All other states: For orders shipping to states outside of NY, NJ, CT, PA, and MA, a flat rate of $30 will be charged at checkout. A shipping quote will then be created and charged again at a later time upon the customer's approval. If the shipping fee is less than $30, the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Price is based on weight and generally less than $30. Shipping time is 5-7 business days. 

All orders placed will be delivered Monday/Wednesday/Friday. After your order is placed and fulfilled completely it will ship. We will contact you before delivery. For residents that live in apartments, we will contact you before delivery. 

Deliveries are subject to change due to the availability of ordered goods.

Upon delivery, please make sure to inspect all your items for damages and check for all the items. Please contact us at jccrestaurantsupplies@gmail.com immediately if something is damaged or missing. 

All shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable and final.
